Shipping & Return Policy

At AureNest Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

We offer shipping across India.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where available).
Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

We want you to shop with confidence.

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
